Join us for an evening of Raclette and live music featuring local musician, Liz Jane. Raclette cheese – and the dish it lends its name to – has a rich history that begins in the heart of the Alps, where it was invented as a way to warm up after a long day on the snowy slopes. Join us for a traditional raclette experience. The scrumptious raclette will be scraped onto a variety of ingredients including new potatoes, cured meats and cornichons. will complete the dish and add a welcome bit of vinegar.
