    Our head chef brings over 55 years of culinary mastery to Bistro Ten, starting his journey at 15 in a bakery and evolving into a role that marries tradition with innovation. Specializing in sauces and soups before becoming an executive chef, his style is influenced by diverse culinary traditions and emphasizes fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. His philosophy centers on simplicity, flavor, and the joy of sharing a meal, values that are reflected in the dishes at Bistro Ten.
